Task: Simplify special business request approval process
SBR CRM Fujitsu SBR (Special Business Request) Management System is an intranet tool for account managers that allows the company to switch to electronic document management, reduce paperwork and simplify business processes. Our work began from evaluating the scope of work required, conducting system and business analysis, determining user scenarios. After a number of product iterations and deployments in test environment the system was finally adopted as the main CRM for major accounts at Fujitsu-Siemens Russia.
